Question 1

What is this website?

Accepted Answer

It is Realio's main site. Realio has a separate website in each country it serves, and this site shows the listings advertised on them in one place, so you can search across countries.

Question 2

Where do the listings come from?

Accepted Answer

From the country websites, where owners, agents and developers advertise them. This site copies the public details of a listing and links to its page on the country website. The country website is the one place where the full details are kept up to date.

Question 3

How do I contact an advertiser?

Accepted Answer

Open the listing. It opens on the website of its country, where you can read the full details and contact the advertiser. This site has no contact forms and takes no enquiries.

Question 4

Why are prices shown in two currencies?

Accepted Answer

A listing is priced in the currency of its country. The second figure is an approximation in the currency you chose, at illustrative exchange rates, so that homes in different countries can be compared. It is not a quote or an offer to exchange money.

Question 5

Which countries and languages are available?

Accepted Answer

Georgia (English, Georgian, Russian, Arabic and Hebrew), the UAE (English and Arabic) and Thailand (English and Thai). This main site is in English.

Question 6

Are these real offers?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. This main site is a preview: every listing in it is a demonstration with a Demo listing badge, and none is a real offer. Once the site is live, a listing without that badge is advertised by its owner, agent or developer on a country website, and Realio does not verify it. Either way, check every detail with the advertiser before you decide anything.

Question 7

What should I check before buying?

Accepted Answer

Ask the advertiser for the ownership documents, building details and any restrictions. Have an independent legal professional review the transaction before you commit, and check the rules for foreign buyers in that country.

Question 8

Can I advertise a property here?

Accepted Answer

Not on this website. To advertise a property, use the website of the country where it is.
