About Realio and these terms
Realio is a property marketplace with a separate website in each country it serves. This main website brings together the listings advertised on those websites. It is operated by an operating entity to be confirmed before launch; its registered address is an address to be confirmed before launch. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. General questions: hello@realio.com. Terms, complaints and privacy requests: legal@realio.com. Both mailboxes are placeholders, to be confirmed before launch.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully. Do not send spam, upload harmful material, scrape the service in bulk or interfere with its operation or security.
Listings and property information
Listings shown here are copied from the country websites, where advertisers publish them. Photos, descriptions, areas, availability and prices are provided by advertisers and must be confirmed with them. Realio does not verify them and is not a party to any sale, rental or agency agreement. Listings in this preview are demonstrations and carry a Demo listing badge; none is a real offer. Browsing a listing does not reserve it.
No accounts, enquiries or payments
This website has no accounts, takes no enquiries or messages about listings and takes no payments. To contact an advertiser, to publish a listing or to buy a plan or promotion, use the country website the listing belongs to; that website's own terms apply there.
Country websites
Each country website is run on its own terms, in its own currency and with its own legal notices. When you follow a link from this site you leave it, and the terms of the website you arrive at apply.
Prices, currency and area
Each listing shows its price in the currency of its country website. A value in another currency is an approximation at illustrative exchange rates, not a quote or an offer to exchange money. Areas are shown in the unit of the listing's country. Confirm the final price, fees, taxes and terms with the advertiser before any transaction.
Availability and updates
Listings are refreshed from the country websites every few minutes. A listing can be out of date, withdrawn, or already let or sold. If a country website cannot be reached, its listings are missing for a while.
Privacy and connected services
Our Privacy and Cookies pages explain how data is used, including by Cloudflare and Mapbox. Those services have their own terms.
Intellectual property
The Realio name, design and original content are protected. You may use the site for your own property search; copying or republishing content needs permission. Listing text and photos belong to their advertisers and owners. Report infringing content to legal@realio.com.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it available and correct errors, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that listings are complete or current. Take independent professional advice and verify documents before any transaction. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for dealings between users and advertisers. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
